Corsa Swingarm / Axle and Billet brake

I am thinking of getting a Mag arm for my track bike.

However to limit the aggravation of having to change the whole backend I am thinking of getting a standard sized axle (and not the Corsa one). But in the back of my mind I am also thinking that I might be upgrading to Corsa axle later.

Do any of you guys know what aggravation I am letting myself into? I heard some people saying that changing the bearings does the trick to go from small axle to big one but I don't really believe that.

I have also heard that Ducati swingarms have a different hub size to standard so I couldn't swap one for the other.

I think however that other manufacturers like Febur or Marchesini have the choice of different hubs sizes. So I could move to big axle later. Does anybody know that??

Finally I am also wondering about fitting a billet rear caliper.
Do you know if the Brembo Billet Calipers fit on the standard bracket? Do you know as well if it aligns OK with the Brembo replacement lighweight rear disc (but standard 220mm not the race 200mm).

My Dymag arm is made too take the Corsa hub which I understand is larger than the standard hub. My arm has then been fitted with a alluminium sleeve to allow it to take the standard hub.

My mate in Seattle has a rear Billet caliper on his 955, but had to have his standard caliper bracket modified with a bit chopped off and another bit welded on

As for engine mounting bolts, I'm not sure if they used any larger ones prior to the year 2000
