had a look around a a fair few systems, whats the best one to go for, i want quite a loud system.
the termi system is claimed 102db i think, im not sure if this is loud enough.

the 749s i test ride didnt have that distinctive ducati dry clutch sound that i love either, would an open clutch cover let the sound out.

sorry for the nooby questions, comming im comming from jap bikes :).

:saint:It's not worth having a really loud can,the amount of times you'll get pulled ain't worth it,plus they then look at other stuff to do you for.I'd go for a termi assymetric system,it's loud enough without shouting "i'm a chav *****r,please give a fine".As for open clutch go for it,but remember you'll need stainless springs and bits to stop them rusting:devil:

I've got the termi can & it's plenty loud enough (without being offensive). People tend to either smile or frown when I fire 'er up ;)

As I live very close to you, you're more than welcome to meet up & come for a ride-out as the weather brightens up. Have yo bought your 749 yet?

Open clutch lets the rattle out perfectly, and you'll need stainless springs and anodised caps as mentioned earlier.

I've got an open clutch and the Termi assymetric system and it's perfect. Loud enough to get noticed, but not offensive to the rest of the world.

Post an Ad up in the ' Market place ' section. You never know, someone may want your gsxr or know someone else that does.

i dont understand the need for LOUD? I have the full 57mm system and i wouldnt describe it as that..........relatively speaking!

Even the factory bikes are not that loud....its more the quality of the sound!
