and god.....ducatis are supposed to be loud.....749/999 sound gutless.
heard a 996/748 ride past and they sounded much healthier.
Makes a change to see the shed strapped to something other than the back of a breakdown truck..
never been on the back of a break down truck you mug :)
also......i do more than 48 miles a year Jason "saddle bags" Maguire .......had it 4 months i think and have covered 7k miles:D of course its going to get dirty....
change oil and filter every 3k......5 rears to every front.
chain and sprockets changed every 7k miles.:D
EATS money!

im thought there was something loud on the dyno
there were a few dukes there and jimmy dunlops was getting a lot of attention, his was the well over the top its 996 that was on ebay a while ago, far too much bling on even for my liking. some of you may remember it as we were all debating it on here

I was reliably informed by a Ducati technician that Ducati don't like they're bikes being run on "Mickey Mouse" dyno's and instead your supposed to remove the engine, (which is apparently what top race teams do) - and run the engine on a dyno .... like what JHP does.
