I'm looking for journals/blogs/websites detailing anyones race preparation of a 600ss. Specifically this could be preparation for Desmodue, but if anyone has other links around the world they would also be appreciated.

Anyone? :)

OK maybe I'm asking too much........... but really I'm not looking for any secrets.

Something like Paul Payne's excellent website - http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul.payne2/

Here he details the parts he bought, how much they cost and where he sourced them.

Just the sort of thing I'm interested in reading.

Is this unrealistic?

Phil
I'm doing exactly this at the moment - either give me a call (U2U'd my mobile number) - or come over for a butcher's in Camberley.

It's all in there for the 2005 season, but obviously if you can't be bothered to read it then you'd never know! ;)

In where? Sorry, bit cryptic for me. I can certainly be bothered to read anything you might point me towards.

Do you mean the website links in your signature? I'm reading the 2005 season stuff right now.

I will be updating for the 2006 bike soon, but as it was a case of "engine out, heads off, change barrels and pistons, re-time cams and re-fit engine" I didn't think it would be that exciting.......

OK its a different frame, tank, bodywork, carbs and wiring too but that's just Haynes manual stuff

You could always buy my bike to see how it's all done! Then I can finish the 620ss and write that up.........
