Dear all,

As I'm stuck not being able to ride the bike, my thoughts have turned to improvements. I fancy having a go at coring a set of silencers to liberate some more noise . The ones on the bike are perfect so I don't want to attack those but I notice there are a currently a pair of '94 SS 900 silencers (ZDM-A04 and ZDM-B04) on fleabay. Does anyone know if they will fit the 888 Strada?

Thanks,

Keith

as you can fit after market cans between 851/888 and 900SS i can't see why they won't fit. note though they are different (internally i think) between the SS and 8xx type. i think i read that on brads moto one pages.:burn:

Thanks for that. I'm not bothered about the internals as those would get butchered in any case.

Not sure if its of any help , But Ive cored and fitted 900 superlight cans to my 851/888 and apart from having them cut and shut to match the angle of the seat they went on fine though being hi rise I obviously had to sort the mounts out .
