I and several others have ordered parts from moto2 and not rec'd them.
I have phoned and mailed on many occasions over the last 5 weeks and had not one reply, nor do they answer their phones or respond to messages left.
Has anyone else ordered bits from them and not rec'd them?
Am now in the process of trying to recover my money via their worldpay system.
If anyone has further contact details other than the 08707 phone number i'd be grateful.

Have ordered from them in the past and they always turned up in a couple of days.

I'm in the same boat.

No response to e-mails, answerphone on all the time on the 0870 number.

Looks like I need to look into getting credit back on me credit card.:(

As far as I know, the chap who runs it does so as a second income - his first is something which entails being away from home for long periods at random times, so I would think your stuff will turn up - when though is another matter.

Same problem here.

They had some problems with their website recently so, were taking phone orders only, this option has now gone and they are now back to online selling. As they don't leave any contact phone number or address on their website now and given that they don't reply to mails it doesn't look promising. Shame really as they have some nice kit.

Customer service once again sucks.

Tried to order some stuff from him about 6 months ago and only once got him on the phone after many attempts via phone and emails. Didn't give a good impression and glad I gave it a miss.

I now buy stuff from Moto46 (http://www.moto46.co.uk), who happens to be a fellow Derby-Phoenix racer. Just bought a quickshifter from him that plugs into the Power Commander (USB version) for 100 quid. Dynojet want 279! Nice bit of kit.

Well - i'm in contact with worldpay via their support service. I'm not hopeful seeing as they have just said they can't find my transaction details despite me sending them the transaction ID etc :rolleye:

Good Job it isn't a big amount - first time for everything I guess.

How have you got on with this. Was giving moto2 a bit longer as i was away anyway. I suppose i could just hold fire, but I ordered nearly £300 worth! Too just to just let it ride.

Thanks

Ray.

I've tried phoning them again today - without success. If I were you I'd give up on them as a waste of space.

I hope you used a credit card, Ray! Ring the card company and dispute the charges. NOW!

Yep used a credit card, not sure if I go after worldpay or the credit card company.

Either way it's non-receipt of goods so there's no question of you paying. I'd go to the CC company first and let them deal with it.
