Has anyone got any info or pics on how to modify your airbox on a superlight

Heres how I did mine:

but I gather the whole top section of the airbox can be cut away providing you dont go too close to the holding down points or else the lid looses too much rigidity - a dremel type tool will be a good friend here, I imagine.
Will try and find a pic.

I was fitting a stg1 dynojet at the time and did both together.
I might just get my own Dremel out and go a bit further

This mod was about the first thing I didnt so its hard to remember now!
However there are some dyno runs to support its usage

Here is the modified airbox in my SS. This was done before I got the biike.
Apparently it is worth leaving more material at the front to stop water ingress.

I bought a ducati performance filter for my SL and it came with a cut out lid for your airbox, saves butchering your own.
Filter came from spares shack
