fireing on one?

hi guys any ideas why my 748 fireson one untill i wind the throttle open which is followed by a nice big lurch when the second piston kicks in!

When was it last serviced? Throttle bodies balanced, TPS set?

its not your traction control is it?

could be a plug like what happened on mine recently. only a guess though.
