Well it's me again! can some one with far more know how than me, let me know if there should be spacers between the forks and the wheel and if so what size and which side. I have put the speedo drive back in place and just have a feeling I have lost a spacer for the other side, or am I just loosing the plot

I have no spacers. The shoulder on the axle pin is one spacer and that faces to the bearing. The opposite side has the speedo drive as the spacer. Again, no washers except for speedo drive compnents. Make sure the theaded spacer is fully seated and piched up before you start to assemble the rest though.

All of a sudden its all clear Parts 8 & 10 aint there of f##K that why its been handling like a bag of bolts. Spedo drive is also neatly machined on one side. I have been very very lucky it could have been nasty!!!

Maybe the wrong speedo drive. Other than that, no idea.

Sure, what sort of shots do you want. I have loads of this winters rebuild and a bunch of different detail shots so it's possible to get at assembled the same way again :-)

Hi, yeah wrong bolts holding the discs on? they should have shallow heads to clear the speedo drive, normal allen heads are too deep but bolts sold on ebay are normally wrong! check these out.
