Can anyone help with the loan of a Monster ECU? My bike has a misfire problem and it looks like it might be the ECU.

I'd like to borrow one to eliminate this, so if anyone can lend me one it would be appreciated.

An ECU from any Monster will work (I'm told).

I might end up having to buy a whole new ECU (ouch) - but I want to identify this first !

Alternatively, does anyone know of a secondhand ECU, or complete ECU, clock and key set? It might be cheaper to buy a secondhand MOnster though!!! ;)

Obviously happy to cover all postage costs etc + beer tokens ;)

Thanks
Tim

Get it down to MotoRapido, they should be able to find the problem.

I won't need my ECU until the Oulton trackday on the 28th if you only need it for a couple of days?

I'm at Nelly's at the mo - diagnostics point to an ECU prob. Can get one from DUK but not straight away. Once i've identified the issue, I can then source the right part.

If it is the ECU it'll be bloody expensive to replace - so looking for alternative options.

Thanks for the offer

Mines only a standard ecu tho so may not work with your secondary injectors LOL ;) ;)

No worries Tony. I can mod it to run the secondary injectors and piggy back the turbo and nitrous controls ;)
Dropping in the 15000 rpm limiter is the hard part
