How should it fit - front brake line clamp on fork leg

Noticed on my right front for leg that the black plastic brake line holder thingy is loose on my fork leg and the brake line is not being retained by it.

How should it fit ?

It sits above the bottom yoke, is this right ?

There seems to be a retaining bolt hole in the plastic clip, but, I can not see a bolt hole in the yoke, is this right ?

Does anyone have a pic or similar to show me how / where it should fit.

Just sits above the top yolk mate.Clip is at the front to keep the hose away from the lock stops.No locating hole afaik.
