Dr Jonathan is having a bit of hassle from his neighbours at Brands in West Kingsdown.

Looks like they are hacked off about track evenings for bikes in particular.

They are pushing for a 6pm Curfew and a 98db limit.

Dr J is quoted as saying "We are already in the process of conducting our own review of static and drive by noise, and we will look to alter our regulations in 2007 to bring the levels down when we set our guidelines"

as reported in Motorsport nudes (News) today,

Ray.

It's like people who move next to an airport then complain. Damn dogooders.

S'not NIMBY anymore, that's SO yesterday.

For the enlightened the new word is BANANAA (Build Absolutely Nothing Absolutely Nowhere At All)

So tell me why there are noise limits for track days etc but none for a lot of other events such as F1, Moto GP as well as many other car events etc?
