Looks like your ready to take on Jeff Baines then Harv, Since his Pembrey crash his better half will not allow him to race anything else with 2 wheels other than a pushbike

Your quite right....ride height was checked as these piccies where taken as the bike was received from the previous owner.

Good job I checked...i needed to raise the saddle by another 20 mm...I kid ye 'not!

Yeah, nice bike if time-triallings your thing, but it would be even better in red and, more importantly, with proper Italian components, not that stuff from some wannabee Oriental company ;)

Time trials for fun (!) and as a means of training for an Ironman Tri next year...taking it out tomorrow for its first blast...10 mile TT...fingers crossed its dry.

Best of luck....If you're blessed with a nice flat-back aero position, that thing will fly....mate of mine returned to time-trialling a couple of years ago... Last year, at the age of 44 he did a 20:40. When we were racing in the late 70's / early 80's he struggled to get under 22 minutes (I was faster than him then...don't think I would be now!)

And, of course, between 20 and 30 mph, you'll be a sight more comfortable than you would be on a 748!
