Up to now I've been largely incapable of scraping my knees. It's hindering my progress on track, so today we've been out to a quiet roundabout and gone round and round until it happened :D Pleased to bits, just hope I can use it to my cornering advantage in the racing now too :)

Only taken 8 years of riding to suss out...not that I'm a slow learner or anything

I know the feeling because I have only recently got my knee down and its a feeling similar to passing your test.

It's very satisfying after trying so hard and failing at it for so long! :D

Oi, ****** off Lucie, I've only just edged ahead of you, at least give me a week or two before you start overtaking me again :)

Nice one, now you've done it once you'll find it fairly easy to keep on doing it, and it WILL increase your corner speed too. Try it at Snett and you'll see what I mean, you'll keep running to the inside of corners until you adjust!
