View Full Version : Clutch slave cylinder
First off, cracking site!! Have picked up loads of info/tips since being refered here by a mate, hopefully will be able to contribute something back in the future!!
Anyway, I'm lookin for an after market clutch slave cylinder (the 20% higher ratio variety). Have only found moto2.co.uk and casoli who do them. Any more sources people know of????
Cheers

JHP/Ducati Coventry?
Our very own Nelly/Cornerspeed sell STM items too I believe? Try clicking his advert when it pops up at the side in the "Today's Posts" or main "Forum" view.

Spareshack does them as well.
Ey up Smurf...Bedford eh?
Look out for BHCN (Beds/Herts/Cambs/Northants) rideouts...or may see you on the 660 ;)
Cheers chaps, the old cylinder is now destined for the bin!! Ok Jools, might catch u on the 660, but with the weather round here at the mo there's more chance of me bein in a boat than on the bike!!
I got mine from Germany - good price as well - works a treat!

Get one off Nelly at Cornerspeed, very well made, works a treat and it's got the Cornerspeed logo on, what more do you want?

I've got a Cornerspeed one and an STM one - both from Nelly, both about the same price, both work brilliantly.
Just be aware that the replacement cylinders look sexier and have a lighter clutch action, but this is because they have a bigger bore. Because they have a bigger bore and you're only pumping a given volume from your master cylinder, the slave will only move through a shorter stroke and won't push your clutch plates so far apart.
This is usually OK (they wouldn't sell many if they didn't work would they) but it can make them fussy little boogers to bleed
