Anyone tell me what it is for the 748 please?

Chain eccentric adjuster screw M 12x1.25, 31Nm (+/-5% tolerance)
GREASE Shell HDX2
Torque sequence 1-2-1

33Nm :) tighten one up then the other, then go back and do them again so as to make sure they are both done up correctly.

The bolt heads are 14mm. The thread is M12 x 1.25.

Aha! That'll be my simple engineering practice of referring to bolts by their head sizes :)

That's strange. I got my number from my 998R workshop manual.

Why would there be a discrepancy btw the torque numbers for the 748 and the 998?
