I wish I'd won the pants, mine were wet when I got to Redhill, did not put the waterproof lining in my trousers as Annette said it was not going to rain!

What about that gorgeous old girl you keep locked away in the dining room?
I know it might not be fully road legal, but as long as AndyB is not there you'll be ok.

Well done Jeff. Sorry didn't actually meet you. You were luckier than me on the raffle but it didn't matter after such a great evening. Congratulations again to Doug for winning that fantastically generous prize donated by FE. They really pull out all the stops for the Dave Harris RFH memorial evening, don't they?

I did try to say hello when you were in the CK an AK area, but I think a bike fired up when CK shouted at you.
Maybe see you another time, like you avatar.

Oh, sorry about that then. Bloomin' bikes! They really do interrupt your social life, don't they?

Actually, I'm sure there were lots of people who I've 'met' on here but can't actually put faces to names. Nattyboy was another one. He was in the same garage and I had every intention of introducing myself but in the end didn't get a chance to say hello. I suppose that's why events like the Dinner Dance work quite well as an opportunity to meet people without having to dash out for another go on the track :)
