Take r/side panel off and between the injectors is a rod with a big

white plastic nut on it, adjust to suit.

Maybe a little more info, are you saying it stalls on take off, but tick's over ok. 1000 rpm's about right for t/o You say you are new to Dukes and V twins. The Duke can be easy to stall if you don't get the revs right to pull away, when my wife climbs on the pillion sure bet ill stall it or close to stalling a coule of times before readjusting to the extra weight (Not saying the wifes big or anything, far from it) 4D

it never stalls when pulling away only when idling, which is making traffic a nightmare for a beginner like me

Surely that adjusts the ballance between the throttle bodies. The idle adjuster is a slotted screw on the front TB.

Yes between 1000-1100.as a quick fix when you come up in traffic use the fast idle button on the throlle twist grip to increase the revs a bit. It might help till you can sort it. 4D

The fast idle button helps but it depresses itself evrytime i release the throttle so im back to square one. could you tell me more about the throttle master screw...

Throttle master screw, fixed it for me.

I didn't know about the fast idle either for the first 12 months.

At the other end of the throttle cable under the tank you should be able to see it on the right hand side after removeing side fairing. It looks like half a wheel as the cable nipple attaches to the body, there is an adjuster screw that point to the front of the bike that will increase or decrease the revs. 4D
