Now that the deadline for submissions for rule changes has passed and none have been received I suppose I had better get started on the rule books for next season

I can't see there being many changes apart from those pushed on us by the ACU such as Rain lights

A Tyre deal is not yet confirmed
And the amount of races scoring towards the Championship needs considering especially with 11 meetings penciled in for 2015
