I'm going to take an angle grinder to this bike. I've been trying to sell it for nearly a year now. I had the same problem with a Golf GTI so I just scrapped it. I'm going to do the same with this vehicle. I'll post a vid if that helps
I will tell him to get in touch if you can leave any details. any pics please.

If Albie's mate doesn't want your bike why don't you chuck it on e-bay?

TBH I don't like the bay of fleas. I tried selling a guitar on there a few years back and opened a floodgate. Every nutter in the UK replied. One guy drove across the UK to offer me half of the price he offered, seemed to think he was entitled to a discount because he'd come from far away. I've still got the guitar in my wardrobe.
I've got a low bullshit threshold. If people are genuinely interested then I'm quite accomodating. The value of the bike is immaterial. I bought it , got what I wanted from it, now I'm moving on.

You'll find snapperheads wherever you go though ... I sold my 998R on e-bay with no hassle.
But fair enough if you don't want to.

I've got a 2002 750 Sport and a colleague at work is very keen on mine, but has his heart set on a yellow 900SS. When I showed him your photos he started asking questions, and genuinely seems to be interested.
If you let me know what you're looking for for the bike (he asked) I'll let him know and if he's showing sufficient interest I can give you his details, i.e. bambam-bullshit-filter-version-0.1alpha :)
Cheers,
bambam.
