I may be jumping the gun here, but why do we receive a magazine, indicating Summer 2003 on the cover, in October?

Like I've said before, it is the summer issue, it is late, it won't happen again. Next issue will be in November, will be the Christmas Issue. Following one will be January and so on.

This is not a whinge but just an enquirey. The first copy of Pronto I received on joining was the November issue (#21). Can anyone tell me when I can expect to receive the next issue?
Normally I wouldn't have bothered the message board with this but I thought well as there is already a thread on the subject then why notText
