I've got a Corse slipper clutch just now but I was thinking of taking it out for winter and putting the standard one back in until the track beckons again next year.
Is it difficult to do?
Is it just a matter of replacing one basket for another?
Steve, Ive got a std clutch inc plates from a 749S which should fit as I've put a slipper clutch in from a 748R
Send me a pm if your interested

I'd be interested to hear any comments too, as I need to replace my M900 clutch soon and was considering an STM replacement!
I have an STM, its superb, know lots of people running them with no issues ...

STM in my 900ss ie too, absolutely faultless.
Showed no problems in the summer when I was doing practice starts up & down the A38 too ;)
There are some rogue clutches I've seen Nelly remove and they aren't STM.

With regards to the Vernier callipers. What should the clearance be between the end of the clutch plates and the edge of the basket. Thanks
