I just got back from the hospital and all seems to be going well. I am now out of the wheel chair and up on on crutches. The nice doctor even down loaded some x-rays onto my USB key. Now I know why it's been so sore:o :o . Still nice to be up and about, the next challenge is to get on the bike.

A car pulled out in front of me. I stopped transit van following did not. Hit me fair and square on the right hip. This was back in September, So I'm glad to be out of the wheel chair and at least I can get about a bit in the garage now.

Wow...hope you mend quickly and get your due recompense (this is one example of insurance claim I do approve of).

Look on the bright side though...that x-ray would make a brilliant avatar

Thanks for all the kind thoughts just looking forward to getting back on the bike. Bring on the Spanish trip can't wait. Still I may have a dabble before then. No running for a while then, still I will have to drag the mountain bike out and get out into the forest.
