Anyone know if an alloy swingarm from a 1990 900ss will fit a post 1991 SS?

I figure the crankcases will be very similar but not sure about the shock mounting?

TIA, Paul

I'm not sure - I'd think along the same lines myself - nice unused one on Ebay for comparison:

Wheel mounting points are solid on my 93 900ss mind - but I thinkg you'd need dimensions to make sure.

Paul this looks like the swing arm i ran on my 583 that kev mooney has, Best way to describe it is that it had normal 600ss type adjusters fitted, Mine also had "verlicchi" (ignore spelling) stamped on it. and was exactly the same as the one frank has linked to above.

The only issue you may have is tyre clearance for 5.5" wheels. My current project is a 90 750 Sport, same swingarm, and there was only a bees do do of space with the 5.5" marchisini and 180 section Bridgestone tyre when pushed forward on the adjusters. Irony is I am doing the opposite, I am putting an 02 swingarm on the Sport...
