Anyone going, I might try and get a little team together, and you don't need an ACU licence so you could get some civillians involved.

Yeah I saw that thread on VD and it looked pretty good.
Especially as I've canned the Plum Pudding idea now.
I reckon it would be a laugh, just not sure I could afford it - how much is it?
TP you fool!:p
"£150 a Team " - so only £50 a head between 3 of you - plus of course doing the mandatory 'borrowing' of local nerds scooter to 'test it' ;)
would love to see some of the DD'ers having a go at this:lol:

Sorry, trying to do 18 gazillion things at once!
So that's the cost to enter ... who has a scooter we could use etc? I don't want to/can't invest money into a machine for a one-off sort of thing.
It'd be a giggle though - trouty is doing it.

sounds briliant
Dunno for sure Glyn but it's not a big circuit:

May not be big but on a scooter that must be a 1 hour lap surely?
Shame you need an ACU licence as my mate deals in scooters and has loads hanging around. I would have even raced probably!

I'm game for a laugh :D
Looks like we could field a number of teams!
I'll be in someone's team if we can sort a scooter etc. I'm off out for a while and I'll check this when I'm back

Mike it was 20 years ago, when the passola was about, you wouldnt stand a chance against a propper ped on it nowadays, One of our customers has a propper 76 fs1e, Dog slow compared to a de rezzed ped. The scoot i have to enter if it go`s that way is capable of 70 on std gearing and wheelies at 20 off the throttle......
loads a fun, If itv did a show called the Grin factor it would win....
