I am thinking of painting the frame on my 748 to Red, I have been thinking of this since the summer but now having seen the 1098 think it will look abit as if thats why. I just think red frame and black sub frame looks realy cool.
Anybody done this and got picture to show what it looks like.
I do recall having seen this before on 748's.
Whilst its stripped thought I might go the whole hog and just do it.
Thoughts please!!
Pete I saw a recomendation off Chaz for Redditch shot blasting.
I've since been and had a few items including a frame stripped and powder coated.
This is an excellent company only too willing to please and the finish artical is second to none.

How much for a frame to be done at Reditch Jon?? Hope to see you next Tuesday at the Pole by the way.
Steve, that looks good I think I have seen this before and is proberbly one of the inspirations behind wanting to get mine done, its just the colour match I'm concerned about. I have some paint that was mixed up by Halfords that I sprayed my mirrors with in the summer. The colour match is good so I was proposing to shot blast and then spray myself, but depends on if a company can do this and get the colour right.
Cheers
