Has anyone used one of these stands for a 748/99x ?

Abba Superbike Stand (http://www.abbastands.co.uk/product_details.asp?id=20)

My question is that this stnad appears to lift from the swingarm pivot bolt.

If so is it still possible to remove the swing arm when on a stand and strip the bike down?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Yep, use it on a 748. Great piece of kit. It does use the swing arm pivot point though. You need an adaptor to remove the swing arm, I believe -

Tha Abba stands are excellent, but an alternative is axle stands if youve a pair in the garage.Lift the bike with a paddock stand.Turn the tubes upside down and use a bolt/bar in the footrest hanger.

Great stands, but you can't get the swingarm off with the stand in place. By the time your ready to get the swingarm off tho, there's not a deal left as the motor needs to come out first ;)

You need to sing "Waterloo" at the top of your voice when you put your bike on one of these.
