New/Old Member Streetfightering a 900ss - Please Recommend a Subframe Fabricator

Hi there,

I used to be a member here ages ago under the name of Zhed44 when I had a 748, then a 996s and then a 748R, but then I spent a few Ducati-less years in the wilderness and forgot my password and the password to the email address it was linked to.

Anyhoo - I've been back on Ducatis for a little while again, mainly an 848, HOWEVER, I recently got hold of a 900ss which has been quite heavily modded - fairings and nose cone removed, chopped subframe, different seat unit - I plan to mod it further.

I've got a new top yoke and flat bars coming soon and a wacky stacked twin projector headlight in the post too.

BUT, what I really want to do next is fit the Panigale seat unit I have managed to get on eBay! 😋 To this end I need someone to mod and extend the existing subframe and probably mod the seat unit a bit as well.

Can anyone recommend someone in the south or South East please?

This bike may well be known to membera here so any info on its history and background would be welcome as the guy who sold it to me couldn't help much, having not done the work himself.
