quiet night in?
round friends for dinner?
getting absolutely smashed at your local?
big night out on the tiles/going clubbing?
something else?

Me, I've got tickets to Ministry of Sound in London to go and watch a number of DJ's - it's gonna be heeuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggeeeee! I envisage crawling into bed somewhere around 8am-10am on the 1st :D

Please don't try and ring me or speak to me until the 2nd. Thanks.

My cousin's getting married on new year's eve, so I'll be at the reception. Not going to be too big a night for my wife & I as we'll have our 4yr old daughter + a 4wk old baby boy with us!

Party at chez Dukerob as usual, fancy dress preferred, gangsters theme this year. We've done it for the last 3 years and usually get the band set up in the garage too although not this year. Last year was 80's rock theme as you can tell!! Should be a good do this year I here Nelly is gonna show up in a dress.......

I can't be doing with big crowds and only put up with them for summat good - like Moto GP - so Trafalgar Square and all that jazz is a non-starter for me.

Can't work out what's going on with the pubs either, I go down my local all year round and then they wanna charge me to go in at New Year, and it's got four times as many people in it as usual so you can't get anywhere near the bar or have a bit of banter.

So, it'll be just a few good friends and family - and hope I can stay on the sensible side of the drink. I got so blootered on Boxing Day that the next two days were wiped out :eek:

Doing my Driver/bodyguard Jobby, for my "considerably richer than you" lady friend.
I will have to stand there all night and make sure nothing happens to her !lol

as if it would,as they are all champers,Salmon,and up their own ass type of people! lol
then when me duty is finished, I'll park the Bently up & meet Mrs Mav down our local for a late,late drink and a bop!

well not sure really, had a few offers but not really keen on new year, my chap is working nights for 3 of the them, (including new year) so i may well go bed early or perhaps take up the offer of some friends having a 'do' at their house and stay with a girl friend...

I hope everyone has a better year this year than the one before if it was a naff year and even if it was a good year, let's hope for a good one, and have fun and becareful guys roads really slippery.... xx
