Hi all,

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't seem to find anything in the forum

I have a 899 and know that it has a battery outlet plug on the side of the bike.
I want to find a plug that connects to this which will give me a USB connection to the head stock for my phone.

Can anyone please advise of any cables which link to this connection

Thanks ;)

That's an optimate connector to charge the battery, so it will give 12v.
USB is 5v so there won't be an adapter lead, you'll need some kind of converter.
You'll be better off wiring something like this in place instead:

I use the Optimate Fly Lead

One of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Perfect-12v-to-5v-Hard-Wire-Adapter-Cable-Mini-USB-for-Car-DVR-Dash-Camera-/121621588345?hash=item1c51362979[

You need a Tamiya connector to connect to the Optimate plug.
