SUSPENSION SET UP FOR 748E

Guys,
dont suppose anyone has one of those set up guides for a 2003 748E??, or even better, some advice on best settings?
Im a little under 14 stone, if that helps anyone who has altered theirs.

I find that the rear end is a little harsh- shakes my bones around town, and the front forks dive just slightly- though not much of a problem.

The bike is still at standard factory settings.

Any advice would be welcome.
