No they don't I'm afraid. I think the only ones that do take filters are the genuine Ducati Performance version (expensive and rare). You can run in airbox filters like DMC or Mad Duc or the ITG bath sponge type. I have some Mad Duc velocity stack filters or an ITG sponge going spare if you need some.
