Just heard about this on another website i use,don't know whether it's real but better to be safe than sorry

Fake virus I'm afraid. I do wish people would check before posting alerts like this.

I agree with Dibs (hell, I must be ailing for something !! :o ), I'd sooner somebody give me the heads up as I don't always have time to check things out, unless you want to keep us all abreast of things Paul, in which excellent :sing: :roll: :sing:

Gotta agree with Paul on this one......the Symantec virus site is easy to use and has always been able to tell me if a virus is real or a hoax:

If you were the first to find out about a Ducati factory recall for a bike - would you check it out b4 putting it on the site....

All you do is type what you are looking for in the address bar of Internet Explorer. In this instance you type "Life is Beautiful.pps" It brings up links to Norton site and Mcafee etc. Not exactly hard to do. The whole point of hoax viruses is that they make people worry for no reason and increace email traffic. The very fact that it was posted up here means that it has done what the writer intended it to do!!
