HELP AIR FILTERS

Hello chaps

bought a 748 had an ITG undertank filter want to change to pipercross mpx038 filters ordered them yesterday turned up today and have noticed 3 10mm holes in them do i have to buy a standard pair of filters to get the cages or can i buy these separately

any ideas greatly recieved

unless you can salvage them from the old filters, if you have them, then you'll be needing to buy some Ducati filters.
I don't think they are a seperate part.
