I decided that today was the day to fit my new sprockets and chain.

Thought I would start with the front one, as it looked easiest.

No worries getting thd one off, but when fitting the new one I have come across a problem.

The old sprocket had holes for the locking spacer to bolt into. The new sprocket doest have these and therefore, I cannot secure/stop the sprocet from sliding foward.

Is this the case that I have been sent he wrong sproket? Or dont aftermarket sprockets require this?

Cheers

You've been sent the wrong sprocket. Probably one of a testastretta motor.
Don't ride it until you have the correct sprocket.

Cheers nelly.

That is what I thought, so I have put the old one back on, just incase it is dry tomorrow. I will phone B&C on Monday to get the correct one sent out to me.
