In the race section Skidlids mentioned the adopt-a-rider scheme which has been set up (nowt to do with DSC).

I thought I would bring it onto the main forum as it appears to be superb.
I have sponsored Jay Fernandez but to start with only for the minimum amount.
However, on the site I have a full page advert, links to my website and email. There is talk of mentions in promo material and local adverts ALL INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY AMOUNT!
For anyone wanting a decent web advert and coverage I don't think you will find a better place.
I have had emails from the rider Jay, his mum (runs Bemsee site) and the adopt a rider people. All friendly and highly thankful. If you want to support someone for frankly peanuts then go to this site!
