good one ed, they are the best first big bikes ( well not physically big really) i had an earlier NC24 in rothmans colours, was restricted, still fun but then took of restictor and woooohooo, boy does it fly for a 400.

the handling the best and the NC30 even better + more powerful the the later NC35.

This was tested as i had a 24 and my 2 mates each had a 30 and 35, we used to have a race and the nc30 was the fastest.

Have fun, but dont forget they still do around 130 inicated

Very nice mate...I've had two nc30's one road bike which i still have and a race bike, get yourself on some trackdays and give the 600's a run for their money!

If you're going to replace the can get a Blueflame as they sound amazing on the nc's and they look great too

well not sure weather to buy a can or not,yes will make it sound super sweet but i will have to get a full system as i dont want to cut the original in half.Because i might want to sell her at the end of the year.
but looks sweet gravel pants.

my "good" luck has already started by the regulater going and need a new battery as well:(

Nice one Ed....you'll absolutely love it, brilliant bikes.

I had an NC30 that had the rectifier/battery problem - I went through two of each. Now got an RVF which is even better. The race pipe sounds good, but so does the singing V4 engine.

On my bike Bluebell? They're standard nc30 wheels and a pain in the **** to keep clean!

I did have a very nice pair of 3 spoke Dymags on the race bike though and you can get road versions as well if you're prepared to pay over £1k for them!

Hopefully should have my fzr400 project underway very soon, they're sposed to have the best handling, should be interesting with a fzr600 engine in, apparently if you fit thundercat cylinder and pistons it works out to 660cc :sing:

watch this space :D

I have to be honest and say i've not greatly looked into 400 bikes, so when i saw the white wheels i liked them :) It was a woman's comment
