I used print screen then edited in photoshop7...

Easiest way would be to design youself, then hit the "PrtSc" key (normally to the right of F12). This will copy what is on screen to a temporary clipboard. Now open any paint package, create a new job and paste in the pic. You'll see it will paste the whole screen so crop down the picture until it just shows you, save it and post it :)

I'm not as sinister as I made out... ( main part of my job is taking blood from people... only look like that when it goes wrong :lol::lol::lol: )
