I have seen on Ebay an auction for Billet Clutch slave cylinders which are said to make the clutch lighter to use. I was wondering if anyone has used this item and if so could they post their findings on wether it works and the quality of the product

Hi Rocker

I have put a Billet Clutch slave cylinder on my 749S, not from ebay but from our own Nelly at Cornerspeed. Looks great (anodised Black ;) ) and does reduce the effort needed to pull in the clutch lever, now it's as light as a CBR6's clutch :D.
Would recomend getting in touch with Nelly if your interested in one :saint:.

I'm sorry to be a pain but do you have a contact address or URL for the supplier of the Tech Moto one. being new to Ducati I am not aware of the after market suppliers yet therefore I appreciate any help I can get

I have an Evoluzione one from Spareshack http://www.spareshack.com/ with which I'm very happy.

And here's a review of a couple of different types http://ducatigarage.netfirms.com/cylinders.html

You'll find Nelly lurking at Nelly's email (neil@cornerspeed.co.uk)
and Nelly's site (www.cornerspeed.co.uk)

I too have the Evoluzione item.

It's good quality, does indeed reduce lever effort, but above all else, is guaranteed for 10 years against the legendary slave cylinder leaks.
