Belts / Desmo service

I'll apologise in advance because is probably the millionth time this has been asked . Nevertheless here we go .I've a soon to be 5 year old supersport 937..11000 miles on clock .
So I'm going to get belts done in Spring and get Desmo service done 7000 miles down the road .
Is this correct or would you do things differently

Congrats on owning (for me) the best and most easily usable bike in Ducati's current line up.

I dont pretend to know anything about the 950 but thankfully there are some good sources of info:
