... does anyone else find that the front of their knees rests against the back of the fairings on each side? Just a bit concerned that I'm going to wear through the paint, and perhaps should put some tank protector-style patchs on (naff looking or what!), or maybe go for some carbon bits.... How good is the paint job on 749s?

Anyone else suffer from this? Maybe it's my riding position. I'm 5'11" with 32" legs, if you're interested lol

Also, I keep kicking the fairing when I put the stand down. Only a matter of time before I wear through that as well

im 6'1 and dont have a problem, come to think of it dont actually know where my knees end up. will check and come back sometime.
