As some of you know, Michael (AKA MW or MichaelArmani) is running in the London marathon on Sunday.

If you've nothing better to do on a Sunday morning than watch TV, keep an eye out for him - he'll be wearing number 12163 over a natty little blue Cancer Research vest.

Should any of you generous folk wish to sponsor him (obviously monies to Cancer Research), please send me a U2U.

Lizzie

P.S. I'm going to watch if anyone wants to join me.

Dearest Kelly, that old Umpalumpa did it in 3hrs 3 mins not bad for a Umpalumpa. Any out there running it all I can say is good luck, watch you early pace , keep away from the kerbs, drink only water , run you own race and run the blue line its the shortest route. When it starts to hurt Remember "Its only pain" and its a great purifier. Mike put me down for a tenner. Ill pay out at Cadwell if you like 4D

Well the boy done good!

4 hrs, 5 mins - 5 mins outside his target time, which means he's already thinking about doing it all again next year :o
Didn't enjoy the bit around Docklands at about 18 miles (obviously didn't see that famous 'wall' before he ran into it!) but made it all the same.

I think I'm aching more than he is just from running around London and sticking my head out of various tube/DLR stations - only for him to ignore me every time :(

See you at Cadwell and thanks Fordie, he'll collect then.
