As requested I have attached some pics of the Honda VFR 750 (=CBR 600) mirrors fitted to my SS. It may be heresy but the view is much better than standard - they still vibrate a bit though.
If you want to fit some then use the existing rear fairing bolt hole and make a new one between it and the front hole, tapping into the metal fairing mount. The Honda mirrors have 2 round lugs on the mating surface - remove them and discard the oval ally plates supplied with the mirrors.
