Exhaust Bracket rubbers

Anyone know if the rubber bits in the exhaust brackets are available separately and how much should they cost???

I swapped back to my standard cans for a riding assessment and they're a bit worse for wear, so was planning on replacing them when I but the carbon cans back on.
