Don't know if you know, but Cottesmore has an open airfield day mid June I think.

Yes, I was there on my 748 last year, and met Whele from DSC too.
Was a very good day, with a good layout for the circuit (very bumpy though, but no worse than Berkshires finest tarmac) and according to the literature for this year they might be trying a less bumpy circuit.
Very well organised, and friendly atmosphere.

Any chance they will sweep it of all the loose stones this year, from what Whele was telling me yesterday they ruined his screen and his irridium visor. Lucky they didn't damage the Rad or oil cooler.
