Trying to get hold of one of those plugs for the paddock wall sockets in spain (for Park Algar)

Big plastic jobbies (3 pin I think) with a uk socket on the end of it...

Andyb had one in Jerez - from Maplins but they don't have them anymore....

Thx

Make your own - I did! Cost me less than a fiver.

I bought a blue socket from ebay for a couple of quid (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250354482996) and then a UK socket from maplin or B&Q (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=13134) for about the same. Put an old piece of 3-core flex between the two and you're sorted.

You can then plug in a 4-way extension or similar to power you uk plugs - I picked a few up from the pound shop of all places! Everywhere else charge over a fiver for them.

If you want to save a couple of quid, wire the blue plug straight onto the 4-way extension instead!

That would be great if you could

How generous.....

Thanks Ant - may take you up ifAndy changes his mind!!...:-D

Andy - I'll send you my address

Do you want cash for it or shall I get you a couple of quarter pounders, Supersize fries, coke & McFlurry the next time we're away? - they tasted so good after the 3 days at jerez

Are you doing an overseas one this year?

I might do another later in the year cash allowing & assuming the world economy doesn't completely implode

Thanks again
