I know this has been covered before but i've got a couple of questions. I discovered yesterday that my right hand can is only half full, i guess the rest of it got blown out.
Whats in there looks like glass fibre so can i use that or does it have to be some special stuff? Would Rockwool (mineral fibre) do from B&Q? Does it have to be packed in very tight?
Paul,
I was about to direct you to the numerous threads on this from the 'old message board' but it appears to be down at present.
Have a look in a few hours to see if it's back up and then do a search on 'exhaust repacking' and you should find all the info you'll need including links I posted to a site that shows how it's done.

Can someone give me a clue cos i cant search the old board. Was hoping to get it sorted out tomorrow. Might have to go to Donington instead.
If still stuck on Tues - call Mark Hill - MHP: 01483 473473
Does this as part of his daily work (apart from building great on off systems & cans).
