Hello people,,, I wondered, actually my wife wonders what percentage of racers get hurt enough to have to take significant time off of work, I told her that it is very unlikely! but on a more serious note, how many of you have insurance and can anyone recommend a good firm? there is an advert on the back page of the acu book for lockton motorsport,, any advice will be greatly appreciated, Matt

I'm sure that someone will be along soon but from memory a few of the DD boys and gals use the American insurance company or something like that

Combined Insurance Services of America (or something like that) - you can do a search but I'm not insured these days.

As for time off, the worst injury I've had is a broken ankle and because I work in IT I just worked from home and kept charging my daily rate :)
