Yep got mine.....................also one for Triple Nine and Mrs Triple Nine, that bought back some memories....unfortunately not all good ones for Sandra and the 999 ejector seat :lol:

I got one that was sent to my old NTL address but don't appear to have received one to my current BTinternet address even though it is set correctly in my DSC account!

The newsletter software is MUCH better than the previous option that came with the system software as its easier to track them being sent.

(800-odd email failures also tell me some users accounts have ended or they didnt enter the details correctly).

Paul, there seems to be an NTL address VERY similar to your BT one but registered to a user called 'BandyLegs' ???

It could be BT block system emails or they need adding to a safe list in someway......

Could any other BTinternet.com email users either confirm this or not please?
