Not sure how many (if any at all) have been up to Anglesey and had a go on the circuit there? We managed to get up there yesterday for a trackday on the big bikes (sadly we cannot carry 4 bikes so no DD for us his time)

It is gonna rock for DD :sing:

Nice grippy track, the straights (non existent really) are not long, the corners are technical and the track is a good width with plenty of space for error!

I reckon it is gonna be a ace track for DD racing!

Only thing to watch out for is if you need power the paddock is not ideal as it can trip out quickly, but it is better than Mallory, Pembrey and Cadwell and the paddock is flat!

Sounds great do you know if you can get into the circuit the night before?

I would imagine so we went on Thursday night and drove straight in no problem.

....There was a DD bike there yesterday (Class B) but didn't recognise them.

Track wise, some bits are fairly easy and plenty of run off, but the top section into the corkscrew is going to be interesting, downhill blind entry/exit one in one out kind of thing

I raced there last year and that's actually a great place for overtaking if you position yourself correctly. Either up the inside into the corkscrew right hander, or again up the inside of the left at the bottom of the hill, entering the front straight, if you take the corkscrew the long way around.

thats exactly where clint stuffed our bike to the front to take a couple of wins last year also on the back straight going up the hill too.

Looks & sounds great - wanted to go since I saw the track layout in MCN

How about a 2 day DSC trackday at Anglesey in 2010 not Cadwell.....(too far from Hove...:-))

ps - Lily - tried the race discs I bought off you for the first time at Brands yesterday & they are fantastic, much better than std

If the wind is in the right (wrong) direction you will feel the sea never mind see it:lol:

It's the best view from any circuit in Britain....
